Video generation help

Include the task ID from My videos, the template name, the selected quality and a short description of the problem. If the task is still processing, its current status is shown in your account. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or private gift-claim links.

Confirmed failed renders return their charged credits automatically. For a completed result with a clear problem, describe what went wrong so we can review it under the refund policy.

Billing and subscription questions

Include the order reference and the email address used for the purchase. Check pricing for pack and subscription terms, or open Billing to manage renewal. Never email a full card number or security code.

Privacy and content requests

Tell us which account or content your request concerns and what action you are requesting. For an issue involving someone else's image or work, include the relevant page or task reference and enough context for us to identify it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Guide corrections

If a guide contains an error or an outdated platform instruction, send its URL, the passage in question and a primary source where available. We review corrections and update the visible revision date when we change the article.
