Every trend costs 10 credits in Standard and 20 in HD. Standard is 480p and HD is 720p; the Tiny Desk band is 720p in Standard and 1080p in HD. Every video includes sound and has no watermark.

Yes. The credit price depends on Standard or HD, not on the trend or your plan. The selected quality and exact credit cost are shown before you generate.

Credits from one-time packs never expire. Subscription credits are valid for the billing month in which they are issued and do not roll over. Yearly plans add a fresh allowance every month instead of issuing the whole year at once.

Yes. Cancel anytime from Billing in your account to stop the next renewal. You keep the months already paid for, including the remaining monthly allowances of a paid yearly term. Each monthly allowance keeps its own expiry.

There is no free trial or free generation credit. You can browse templates and watch examples for free. Buy a one-time pack or choose a subscription when you are ready to make a video.

If a render is confirmed as failed, the credits charged for that video return automatically. Returned credits keep their original validity. Repeated progress checks do not charge you again.

Contact support with the task ID and describe the problem, such as an incorrect face, mixed-up people or a broken result. Our team reviews the request and can provide replacement credits for a confirmed defect. Results that work as described but are not to your taste are not covered.
