By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

TrendVideo turns uploaded photos into short AI videos using preset templates. Your selected template determines the model, resolution, duration and credit cost shown before generation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Video generation is paid for with credits. One-time packs and monthly or yearly subscriptions are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars; the price and billing interval displayed at checkout apply. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

One-time pack credits never expire. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month; yearly subscriptions are billed once a year. Both issue a new credit allowance each month. Subscription credits are valid only for the month in which they are issued and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew until canceled from Billing. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep the months already paid for, including the remaining monthly allowances of a paid yearly term.

Pack and subscription credits share one balance and can be combined for a generation. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first, followed by credits without an expiry. Gifted credits retain the original source expiry and follow the same spending order.

Every template costs 10 credits in Standard and 20 credits in HD. Ordinary templates use Seedance Mini at 480p for Standard or 720p for HD; the Tiny Desk band uses 720p for Standard or 1080p for HD. Your selected quality and credit cost are shown before generation. Technical failures return the charged credits automatically once confirmed. A completed result that is simply not to your taste does not qualify as a technical failure. Payment refunds and reports of defective results follow our refund policy.

Refer a Friend

Eligible inviters receive 1 credit only after a new friend accepts their invitation, creates their first account and completes their first successful payment of more than zero. Paid subscriptions, memberships and one-time purchases count. Acceptance and signup alone leave the referral pending and grant no reward; free trials and zero-amount checkouts do not count. The inviter must have a paid credit purchase or a current paid subscription when the link is created, when the friend joins and when the friend pays. Free, trial, fully refunded and sponsored-article purchases do not qualify the inviter. Rewards go to the inviter only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Self-referrals, existing accounts, matching inviter IP addresses or browser/device signals, and repeated rewarded networks or browsers are ineligible. Shared household, workplace and VPN addresses can therefore fail the checks. Each new account can generate one reward, and the first accepted invitation is remembered for up to 30 days. An invitation does not restrict the friend's ability to create an account or use the service without a referral reward. See the referral page for the rules and privacy policy for the signals used.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
